Reward mechanics

How to enter the code
The referral code must be entered during the Tide account sign-up process. The field is labelled "referral code", "promo code" or similar depending on the version of the sign-up flow. The code is: REFER200.
- Go to the Tide sign-up page or open the Tide app.
- Begin a new business account application.
- When prompted, enter REFER200 in the referral or promo code field.
- Complete identity verification and account setup.
- Complete the qualifying steps within the required time windows.
If you missed the code at sign-up, you may be able to enter it within 7 days of account opening via the Tide app. See what to do if you forgot to enter the code.
