If our checklists confirm you met every qualifying step and cashback still hasn't appeared after the expected window, raise it with Tide support inside the Tide app. Include your account opening date, the REFER200 code, the dates of your qualifying card transactions and the date of your £5,000 Instant Saver deposit.

I just opened Tide and forgot REFER200 — am I stuck?+

Possibly. Tide generally cannot attach a referral code retroactively. Contact Tide support immediately; if the account is brand-new and not fully verified, they may be able to advise. See the forgot-to-enter page for the full script.

Why hasn't my £75 cashback arrived?+

Tide pays the £75 portion only after it has verified £100 of qualifying Tide card transactions inside the 30-day window. Personal-card purchases, declined transactions and refunds reduce the qualifying total. See 'cashback not received' for a full checklist.

Why hasn't my £125 saver cashback arrived?+

The £125 portion requires £5,000 deposited into Tide Instant Saver within 7 days of opening, then held for 30 days from the deposit date. Withdrawing early forfeits the reward. Tide validates the hold before crediting.

Where should I start if everything went wrong?+

Start with 'cashback not received' — its checklist covers the most common failure modes for both portions. If you never managed to attach REFER200 at all, start with the 'forgot to enter' page instead.

Will Tide contact me before paying cashback?+

Not always. Cashback is usually credited as a Tide business account deposit with REFER200 in the description. Check your Tide app transactions before contacting support.
